Case: man, 70, hypertension
He has a hypertension of ± 170 over ± 100, already 15 years, discovered by accident. It is worse from stress and better from rest, relaxing, music, and sitting quietly, worse from atenolol. His eyes are dry, his vision is diminishing
TenseHe is tense, has tense eyes and face. He relates to his youth, the tension and aggression at home and the fear to be beaten. He feels tense but cannot say much about it, it is difficult to describe it more.
He had a very difficult youth. His mother was beating him and his siblings. She told things like “If you don’t like it here, then leave”, “Don’t imagine to be someone, because you are nothing” or “ you are only allowed to listen, you have to shut your mouth”. He felt being put under pressure, could not be himself. He had the feeling that he could not do anything against it, that he powerless to withstand the aggression. But he control himself and does not show his pain and grief. His father was absent and didn’t listen when he told that his mother was beating him. He could also beat him and he did once so hard that he got a nosebleed and his hearing was gone for a day. He was afraid that he would stay deaf. He feels so emotionally maltreated in his youth that he thought he was an adopted child.
He has a fantastic marriage and two fantastic children and 4 grandchildren. He met his wife when he was repairing something in their home. He was very impressed of the warmth of the family, of his to become wife and her parents and siblings. His wife is very warm and loving.
ClosedHe does not tell much about himself. He has forgotten a lot about his youth. He he does not like to talk about what he remembers. His wife tells me more about her husband than he does himself.
When other are aggressive to him, he feels horrible inside, but cannot do anything in return. He does not dare to say anything. He often does not have an opinion, which he connect to his parents snarling to him in this situations “cheeky brat”.
Work: electrotechnical engineer. He worked with very high voltages, quiet dangerous. He retired acutely failing transfer houses. The work was hectic, often in the evenings and weekends and he was often home late.
He is very precise and perfectionistic, and that can sometime be over the top.
He can be very stubborn. He does believe the media anymore after all the lies they tell
He had as a hobby a Harley Davidson motor. Driving a motor is freedom for him. A few years ago he sold his motor because his wife had fears that he would get an accident. Is was a difficult good-bye.
Follow upAfter 3 doses Peperomia camptotricha C30, one every 2 weeks, he feels much more quiet. His tension is much less which is reflected in the hypertension that has become less too. He has also discovered that deep and quite respiration helps for that too. He is less hurried and impatient. His wife tells that he is also less irritated in traffic and to his grandchildren. He is nicer them, more friendly. In general he is talking more.
He had a dream like it was in his youth with being beaten. He had that more often, but the last time he was very quiet with it. He had no palpitation and sweating on waking as he would normally have.
