1. Service Description

Qjure (qjure.com) is an online homeopathic encyclopedia providing remedy information, materia medica texts, and journal articles.

2. Membership

Free visitors can access basic remedy information from the Qjure book. Paid members (€12/year) receive access to all source books, the advanced Search system, and the QJournal.

3. Payment and Renewal

Membership is billed annually. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. You will receive reminders before your membership expires. If not renewed within 10 days of expiry, access is downgraded to visitor level.

4. Content

All content on Qjure is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, text, and data on Qjure is owned by J.C. Scholten unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing membership access is not permitted.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
