Woman 65, olivo-ponto-cerebellar atrophy.
Eye movements are not smooth, she has crude, rotatory nystagmus, < looking upward, right and left. The MRI shows marked cerebellar atrophy, slightly dilated prepontine cisterns, dilatation of fourth ventricle.
She has pulsating headache, from her neck to her left forehead, temples, above her eye, < morning, > evening, > fresh food, sour apples, < heat, < noise, busy city. With it she experiences moving images, focussing is difficult, < going upstairs, < turning her head or eyes, has nystagmus when looking sideways. She suffers from dizziness and nausea, < turning too fast, > lying on her left, < on her right side and back. The attacks begin with hot flushes, then she becomes pale and nauseous, gets icy cold white arms and legs, is powerless.
She has severe flushes of heat, rising from her belly, with red head and neck, being drenched, since the removal of uterus and ovary due to polyps.
She is a teacher in textile arts and crafts. She likes to do it, is very sober, indifferent to new regulations and forms, to troublesome students. If there is a conflict she talks it out. She once expressed some anger to her principal, which was difficult but freed her.
As a child she was quite angry, about silly things, very direct to her parents if she did not get her way. She cannot stand liars and people with a big mouth.
Weather: chilly, cold hands, feet; << warmth and fresh air; > windows open; < cold water.
Desire: mustard !, spicy !, salt !, vinegar !, sweet !, candy, cakes, bread, liquorice; Italian, Thai, Chinese; meat, fish, eggs, fat; coffee !; tea; cola !.
Food: < fat, cabbage, cucumber, onion.
Dreams: a staircase or a journey where there is no ending.

Follow upA clear improvement after the remedy: pitching better and therefore less anxious, much more energy. Then gradually she gets better, clearly has more energy. In the course of six months she gets 80% better. Eighteen months after beginning she comes along again. Things had been very good, the disease often seems gone. Only the flushing and upset stomach due to cabbage, cucumber, fat are somewhat present.
Six years later she is doing very well, has an occasional bad day. She generally has little dizziness, vision changes, fainting.
