She has lichen ruber anularis with itching and burning pain in her genital region which is worse when she is in rest like a siesta or in the night and better when she is busy and occupied. It gives her the impression of a yellow, red, exploding fire and energy, which is better from a cold shower and swimming. She has to scratch but that makes it worse, even touch aggravates.
