Angiospermae.
Eudicots contain the
Fabanae,
Malvanae and
Asteranae. The
Ceratophyllales are not included in the
Eudicots.
The biggest clade of
Dicots is the
Eudicots, the good dicots. Only the following orders are excluded from
Eudicots:
Ranunculales,
Proteales,
Trochodendrales and
Buxales.
Eudicots are distinguished from the more primitive
Magnolianae by calling them
Eudicots, good dicotylydons. The majority of them are also called core eudicots.
