English: Shrubby platysace.
Genus: ± 30 species.
Region: south-eastern Australia.
TaxonomyIt was first named Azorella lanceolata. Later it was transferred to the genus Platysace in 1917 by English botanist George Claridge Druce.
BotanyShrub, 1.5 metres high.
Leaves: ± 3 cm long, 4 to 5
mm wide.
Inflorescences: umbels.
Flowers: small, white, 5-petalled, flowering from December to February.
