Family
IntroductionThe main struggle is between being part of the group, the family and standing on your own. They feel part of the group but often very limited by them. They have an enthusiastic, energetic, vivacious personality that as a child is often restricted by their parents. Their parents are often worried by their dynamic, impulsive and sometimes even wild behaviour.
In puberty this dynamic becomes often worse. They want to make contacts, fall in love and have a wild life. They love going out, have fun, making friends, drink alcohol and use drugs, have sex. They love the wild life. They can be quite impulsive. Their parents want to protect them and start forbidding things. But that provokes only more assertiveness in them. They do not want to be limited, restricted.
Their impulsiveness can lead them into problematic situations. They can become pregnant by accident. They can get they wrong relationships. In the extreme they can become manic, a manic depressive psychosis.
Later in life the same can arise in their marriage. They want to have a partner and children. But they also want to have friends. This can provoke an attitude of jealousy and possessiveness in their partner, wanting to restrict them. But they do not let themselves be limited very easily.
In the end they can have a tendency to retire on their own, being disappointed in family, parents and husband, as all are wanting to much from them. Others want to enjoy their liveliness but cannot tolerate it when it is there for others too. It can make them feel isolated.
