Energy: weakness. Ill-humour. Weariness, even upon the least motion; with mental depression. Weary and as if beaten. Immediately upon rising he felt a sluggishness and drowsiness with depression of spirits.
Dreams: disturbing, numerous, painful; anxious; confused; connected; frightful; nightmare; remembered.
Colour preference: Gray, Black.
GeneralSensation: stitching; heavy, weary, lassitude, bruised, discomfort; pulsation, restlessness.
Weather: < cold, < cold weather.
Time: < early in morning; < evening, < winter.
Sleep: sleepless, unquiet, at night < restlessness; sleepy, < day, with listlessness, yawning, weeping.
BodyGeneral: scrofulous tumours; haemorrhages.
Head: catarrh; frontal headaches, << closure of the frontal sinuses.
Eyes: pain, smarting, burning, throbbing, < night, < artificial light; eyes injected, inner canthus; vision diminished, lost, < dark, <<< a blow, foggy, smoke, grey and black circles on white ground, < sudden motions of the eye, > clear weather, < cloudy weather; photophobia even in cloudy weather; neuroretinitis; persons not recognised; stars and fiery points before the sight.
Nose: dry, < morning on waking; catarrh extending to sinuses; constant motion of alae nasi, in pneumonia.
Throat: dry, tickling, without cough.
Mouth: dry.
Lungs: respiration rattling, short, quick, accelerated, with anguish, < night; oppression, obstruction of chest < copious mucus; bronchitis, chronic, from cold wet weather, in old people; expectoration copious, purulent, viscid mucus, cough loose, without enough expectoration; chest pain, stitching, left, << deep inspiration.; much yawning, from emptiness in stomach.
Heart: failure; palpitations, pulse small, rapid, wiry hard, too strong, < lying on left side; < lying on tback.
Stomach: empty.
Abdomen: colic, vomiting and purging; appendicitis.
Rectum: stitching pain < 7 pm.
Male: hydrocele.
Urinary: dropsy; urine profuse.
Back: pain in lumbar region, < breathing, < during inspiration.
Limbs: joints swelling, knee swollen; neuralgia; fleeting pains; rheumatic or gout; stitching, left big toe, left knee, chest, wandering.
