633.76.00 DendrobioideaeTaxonomyDendrobioideae is a polyphyletic clade in the Orchidaceae. It consists of the Tribes Arethuseae, Calypsoeae, Coelogyneae, Dendrobieae, Epidendreae I, Malaxideae, Podochileae.
In the Plant theory they are taken together as Dendrobioideae. Dendrobioideae is in Subphase 6 of the Orchidales. As such they are at the level of Family and could be named Dendrobiaceae.
