English: Hollowroot, birthwort.
Dutch: Holwortel.
German: Hohlwurz.
Botany: Europe; bowl-shaped hollowed-out tuber; lightly shaded areas, beech forests; clay soil.
Chinese: Yan-hu-suo.
Content: protopine, bulbocapnine.
