Names: Metrosideros costatus.
Names: Gum myrtle.
Botany: fruit with sharp ribs, bark is rough and scaly; leaves lanceolate, dark green; creamy white flowers in large inflorescences.

Aversion: food; appetite decreased.
Physical: > lying flat on the face.
BodyEnergy: debility, < diarrhoea.
Vertigo: < diarrhoea, < constipation.
