666.61.00 AdoxaceaeBotany: 5 genera: Adoxa, Sambucus, Sinadoxa, Tetradoxa, Viburnum; ± 180 species; opposite toothed leaves; flowers small, five- or, more rarely, four-petalled, cymose inflorescences; fruit a drupe; similar Cornaceae.
Diervillaceae: 4 genera: Diervilla, Macrodiervilla, Weigela, Weigelastrum; capsular fruit.
TaxonomyAdoxaceae is the first diverging lineage in Dipsacales in the Apg3 classification. The most striking aspect is that Sambucus and Viburnum have been transferred from Caprifoliaceae into Adoxaceae.
In the Plant theory Diervillaceae is tentatively included in Adoxaceae. Adoxaceae is placed in Subphase 1 in the Dipsacales.
IntroductionThe theme of conflict between longing for love and autonomy is mixed with the naïve, impulsive and maniac quality of Subphase 1. They can easily and naïvely get into trouble in relationships where they will give themselves away completely and lose their autonomy. They can be left alone by their love or spouse. They feel neglected and have to do it on their own. They have lost the love of their life and have trouble finding out how to go on. They can feel as if they have given themselves away for nothing.
MindAilments from having lost their spouse, by being left or by death.
Difficulty to raise children on their own.
