Skin: Burns [external], cutaneous eruptions of herpetic kind, poultice for ulcers, tumours, swellings, shot wounds, chilblains, inveterate sores, chronic dermatitis and inflammatory infections.
Gastrointestinal - Purgative, bowel complaints, diarrhoea, dysentery, cholera infantum, sour stomach and eructations, piles, emetic, cramps.
Urinary: Diuretic in incipient dropsies, urinary complaints.
Respiratory: Sore throat, cold, cough, bleeding from the lungs.
