Man, 50, pemphigus.
He got an urethritis with yellow discharge after he had his amalgam fillings removed. When that disappeared he got a dermatitis with severe itching. He developed into crust and discharge which made his skin attaching to the sheets of his bed. Then he got vesicles and blisters and he was diagnosed with pemphigus.
