EssenceThis personality feels totally lost, like in adesert, almost dying, from thirst. Or it feels like a sailor in a storm with massive waves, he get in the water, unable to distinguish left from right, up from down. Or it can be a man who takes drugs to understand himself, but it turns into a horrifying experience, a terrible bad trip. He feels overwhelming anxiety, insane panic, cold creeping into his bones.
The terror changes into peace and love after one has let go, after one has died the understanding comes.
