IntroductionIt is a severe depression, where one gives up and does want to do anything anymore. One just wants to lie down in bed and sleep or die. There is no desire for food or drinks or contacts. One can not bear life anymore, one just wants to be gone. One would like to forget oneself, forget one’s pain and its anguish. There is no way out, no escape from despair, only by sleep, endless sleep or death, suicide.
MindEmpty, little content.
We survive, maintain, remain when others have long disappeared.
We go along, we change and remain connected with what is.
We understand what you do not understand, we are old, in the rhythm of the earth.
We are like the sleep, endless and deep, not to be grasped.
Mossy ground, swallows every noise, dampens every load, blurs all traces, remains immaculate - dawning in shadow.
BodyChilliness, cold, ice cold forefoot.
Chest: heavy, oppression of the chest; oesophagus burning, reflux; pressure on the breastbone.
Stomach: pain burning.
Abdomen: pressure in the hypogastrium.
