GeneralType: dark-haired, plethoric, bilious.
BodyGeneral: failure of the function of an organ under exertion; pseudo-leucaemia.
Head: headache after meals.
Ear: chronic deafness, worse before menses; tinnitus due to gout; meatus dry; crackling in ears; vascular deafness; hmming in ears as from telegraph wires.
Nose: epistaxis.
Mouth: furred tongue; dental neuralgia, radiating towards ears and eyes.
Throat: voice fails after public speaking; low-pitched voice.
Stomach: indigestion.
Abdomen: sensitive livers.
Urinary: pain along entire urethra; frequent micturition at night, with full feeling and pressure in rectum; retention of urine.
Male: senile hypertrophy of the prostate.
Extremities: Pain in right side of neck and down right arm.
Nervous: locomotor ataxia, ocular stage.
Skin: warts, epithelial growths; yellow corns; hands covered with warts.
