IntroductionThe Stage 4 expression is strong. It shows the strategy of being absent, staying but going out of contact. Inwardly there is more power than they show. They have a strong sense of what is right or not and what they want. They are not very easily overruled in their inner life. They often find support in their family, or at least expect it to be there for them.
MindFear: death; disease; poverty; loss of vitality and love.

Abdomen: sensitive; clothes feel too tight; gurgling, pain, < deep breath; motions like fist of a child; colic.
Urinary: bladder aching, distended; urination frequent; urine offensive, scanty.
Itching at urinary meatus and vaginal orifice.
Female: uterus sore, labour-like pains, bearing down, fullness, with palpitation; pelvis numb, instable.
Back: pain sacro-iliac joints, running down leg; pain and aching in lumbar region.
Limbs: aching of legs, in big toe, wrists and ankles; trembling of hands; knee feeble; softening bones.
Skin: burns, scars.
