IntroductionConflict between rules and duties learned from teachers, priests and parents, but going your own way; deciding for yourself what is good and bad. On one hand there are many rules one has to adhere to, that one has learned in youth and that have to be followed strictly, correctly. This creates a lot of stress and working hard. On the other hand there is the realisation that one has to decide for oneself and that rules from others have no meaning unless they have an inner resonance. As soon as one has realised the latter, life becomes light, like in the "Unbearable Lightness of Being".
Another aspect is that one can easily become someone who commands, who wants to take life lightly and let others work for them. Like a lion that lets his females hunt for him and then is the first to start the meal.
MindHaughty.
Hard work, frustrating.
GeneralSleep: sleepy, drowsy.
BodyBack: pain, neck pain.
