Habitat: on rocks, over levadas, cliffs, walls, ravines and sometimes on tree trunks; altitude 100 to 1000 metres.
BotanyHerb; succulent; evergreen; 4 to 30 cm tall.
Leaves: smooth; glabrous; green.
Stem: dark green; ascending.
Inflorescence: dense summits.
Flowers: 6 to 10 mm diagonal; petals 7, 3 to 5 mm, ovate, short aristated, pale golden yellow, with a central dorsal rib.
