Case 3: a man with coagulation problems.
Mr B is 48 years old; he has been under homeopathic treatment for years due to allergic skin and lung problems. A few years ago there was a big drama in his life. His youngest son turned out to have a metabolic illness, from which he died after four years. Both his parents looked after him at home, together with a team of nurses, an enormous achievement.
Fate is not kind to him. In August 2012 he had a thrombosis in his right lower leg. The vascular surgeon tried to operate but the clot was far too big, he has an anti-phospholipid syndrome. He has scarcely any blood pressure in his leg. I fear for the worst – will he have to lose his leg after having already lost his son? After the operation I prescribe a few doses of Calendula. In October 2012 he comes for another consultation, he receives anti-coagulants and follows a revalidation program. He can hardly walk 10 meters. He has problems with his stomach and intestines, also due to all the stress around his health.
AnalysisDue to this I decide to give him a bowel nosode. The bowel nosodes have been grouped into the stages of the periodic system by Lou Klein and Ulrich Welte. Taking into consideration the enormous sense of responsibility that he has, all those years of looking after his son in a terminal stage, I give him the bowel nosode that corresponds to stage 11, the stage of Cuprum and Aurum. He takes Sycotic-co 200K, 2 granules every two weeks.
Follow upThe wonder takes place, slowly but surely his leg is revascularised. According to his surgeon, he should be able to walk 1 km at the most. Last week I saw him again in consultation. He can now walk 15 km! For his acute back pain I prescribe him Bambusa MK. Apart from that he takes his maintenance dose of Sycotic-co. It is amazing what a bowel nosode can bring about!
