When he is in his office he feels inadequate, has the feeling he works not good and quick enough. This gives him the feeling of being hurried, that he had to do it better. At home he helps his family with their farm, he is the one who listens to the sorrows of his family members, is the peacekeeper and try to solve problems hat home. Also his friends do tell him a lot of his problems and he is touched by their stories. He ended his regular table in his pub, because he has been laughed regularly because he and his parents do biological farming and have a more humanistic world view. He loves to be with his own children, to be at home with them. He speaks very fast, is driven, can get a red face and it feels as if he is in a constant hurry.
